About

SAFEchurch promotes church leadership who

We have listed leadership principles taken from the Word of God and believe that every church leader should believe in and live by these principles. These principles are not our thoughts and opinions, but they come directly from the Word of God.

There are so many people in this world that have been abused, manipulated, and mistreated. When they come into the church, they should find an oasis of SAFEty. Yet, the church is one of the leading perpetrators of abuse, control, and manipulation.

SAFEchurch promotes a Spiritual Abuse Free Environment. We invite you to join us in this endeavor to encourage leaders to build churches where they Serve, Accept, Facilitate, and Equip God’s people.

“Care for the flock of God entrusted to you. Watch over it willingly, not grudgingly – not for what you will get out of it, but because you are eager to serve God. Don’t lord it over the people assigned to your care, but lead them by your good example.” (1 Peter 5:2-3; NLT)

If you agree with the Core Leadership Principles of SAFEchurch, we encourage you to join us and help us in our endeavor to spread this message to every church leader and member. This service is provided at no cost to you. You may add the following code to your website or blog.

Who does one report violations of your posted principles by a fellowhip that says they are a “Safe Church” and have your logo on their website?

Hello there, i have searched on google.com for “wirral christian centre” a pentecostal church in Wirral UK, and one of the listed links “http://www.bombsquad.co.uk/truth/wcc.html” redirected me to your website.

I thought you wrote about churches that abuse christians, instead it seems that you are abusing this church.

DO you think it’s nice? check the link and if it doesn’t belong to you, get in touch with the domain owner and let’s get rid of it.

thanks

Clark Memorial United Methodist Church is in the New Mexico Annual Conference. I know that we do background checks and I believe credit checks on prospective employees. Clark MUMC wants to rent a parsonage. Can you also do these background checks on rental applicants? Please let me know as soon as possible.
